Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun, keep the control
o7bet believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it stays within limits. Your safety and well-being are our highest priority.
Know this — gaming is for entertainment only
Online betting and casino games can be a great way to have fun — when played with awareness. o7bet always wants every member to play in a healthy, happy, and safe way. That is why we have built a set of tools and policies to help you stay in control of your own gaming.
Betting is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. Before placing each bet, ask yourself: is this truly for fun, or am I trying to escape some other pressure? If it feels like the second reason, take a break right now and contact our support team.
Only people aged 21 or older may open an account and play at o7bet. Age verification is mandatory.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
You decide how much you deposit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; if you increase it, the change applies after 24 hours. This helps you stay within your budget.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gaming habits are going out of control, self-exclusion is your best friend. You can close your account for a set period — from one week to permanently. During this time you will not receive any bonus offers.
Time-Out
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period login and betting are completely disabled, but you can still make withdrawals.
Loss Limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When the loss limit is reached, o7bet automatically stops further betting so that a sudden decision does not lead to a large loss.
Reality Check
During a long session you may lose track of how long you have been playing. Set a reality check reminder — at the interval you choose, a message will appear showing you information about your current session.
24/7 Support
At any time, for any issue, o7bet's live chat support team is here for you. You can also get dedicated advice on responsible gaming — in both Bengali and English.
Recognise the warning signs early
Betting addiction often builds up gradually — so recognising the signs early makes it easier to get help. If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone you know, it is time to take action:
Warning Signs
- A tendency to keep placing larger bets to recover losses ("chasing losses")
- Hiding gaming activity from family or friends
- Taking money from bill payments or everyday expenses to fund gaming
- Repeatedly trying to quit betting but failing each time
- Feeling anxious or restless when not playing
- Gaming affecting work, family, or relationships
If these signs appear, do not try to handle it alone — contact o7bet support right away. We will guide you toward the right help.
21+ Age Limit & Protection
Age verification is mandatory when registering at o7bet. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification on any account we find suspicious. Keeping minors away from gaming is our social responsibility.
If there are children or minors in your household and you use o7bet on a shared device, please use parental control software and make sure your o7bet login credentials are kept secure.
- Age is verified at registration
- Right to temporarily suspend an account if there is suspicion
- No bonuses or access are given to minors
- Advice not to share passwords or PINs
Advice for Parents
If there are minors in your family and you use o7bet on a mobile or computer, please follow the precautions below:
- Log out after every session
- Do not save your password in the browser
- Use a screen lock on your device
- Have an open conversation with children about online betting
- If needed, create separate device profiles for each family member
How to activate Protection Tools
Log in to your account
Log in to o7bet and click on your profile icon at the top right.
Go to the "Responsible Gaming" menu
Find the "Responsible Gaming" option in the Settings or Profile menu.
Select the tool you want
Choose whichever you need — deposit limit, loss limit, time-out, or self-exclusion — and set the amount or time period.
Confirm
Save the changes. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour wait for security purposes.
Contact support if you need help
If you have any trouble setting up a tool, or if you want direct help with self-exclusion, send us a message on our 24/7 live chat.
Build healthy gaming habits
Responsible gaming does not just mean using tools when a problem arises — it is an ongoing mindset. o7bet wants you to think through your choices before every session.
Do
- Set a budget in advance — use only money set aside for entertainment
- Take regular breaks and drink water
- Spend time with family and friends
- See a win as a bonus, not as income
- Get help right away if you run into trouble
Avoid
- Playing under the influence of alcohol or medication
- Placing large bets when emotional
- Betting more to recover money you have lost
- Playing with borrowed money or money meant for bills
- Playing until you cannot sleep
Remember, o7bet is an entertainment platform. There is no guarantee of winning, and it should never be part of a financial plan. Play within your limits, keep a clear head — that is how the enjoyment lasts.
